Etrade not Scottdrade as they are bad but only real good for small caps but if u need a second Account then yes as there commission is threw the roof and some you can't buy as I have both and Etrade is the best but Scottdrade is the best for small caps as they charge u only $6 and you can trade from 6am. For example if I sold my TOP$ pre market today I would pay a $500 fee with Etrade %5 but with Scottdrade $6 as any pm trade under a $1 cost mucho.
