Why are the terms favorable???

XREE just did a toxic cd note for up to $10,000,000 to pay salaries and try to get a train running, when the company starts drawing on these $$ and the share conversions start hitting the market the pps of XREE will quickly be in double zeros then triple zeros, that's just the fact of doing toxic cd notes...

I mean at current XREE pps the "exchange" is only worth 0.000636 per share BUT the XREE shares you will be getting are restricted!!! This will require you to not be able to see while the toxic cd notes are being diluted into the float...

I don't see any of this as favorable as you put it...
