There never was an "X" date. The only mention of an "X" date was

XTRN shareholders will be able to exchange their shares within 30 days of closing date which is May 31, 2017

Closing date /= Your shares you bought up to this date.

Besides which, this was assuming they were going to be able to get 60% of the OS bought before 5/31, which I think we all are reasonably sure didn't happen.

Yeah, I tried to find out more about this myself but it's not all that clear in the filings or on the board. I did my DD before buying but there's still unanswered questions like this. I do know the share price is about to go up so I bought in, but to go long term I'd need further clarification on a few things.
