Yes.

I would not say it is impossible that BBs are in the clinic. Just looks highly unlikely for a dev stage bio to hide such.

In answer to the question I posed[check back], I understand there may be statutory and/or regulatory directions in place. I have not researched that issue yet, but I am informed that entities are given as much as 30 days after the first human patient is actually enrolled in an actual clinical trial to place the existence of such trial of record in:

www.clinicaltrials.gov.
