Of course Nanobeak is using $VNTH strategically for equity financing, and to absorb some of their debt. Biotech industry is a Long, Expensive process, and I personally think they are very smart for doing so. However, if Nanobeak does well, $VNTH wins and simple. Do you think Nanobeak is gonna come up with some breakthrough discover and $VNTH stock will drop???
I know it may seem that way now, but keep two things in mind: if nano beak wins, we win. And nanobeak is using $VNTH for equity financing--pump and dumps are their friend, more money to spend on R&D.
It's really smart when you think of it, just sucks for Short-Term investors. Be patient!
