Yup. 1st time I heard Himsingkta having exclusive agreement myself. And, what's the breadth/scope of the products covered. Haven't found Himsingkta tied to towel manufacturing, pretty certain they are.

Nuther conflict for me is the limiting of our CertainT® brand. May not be one. Himsingkta, GLHC and Loftex all licensed for it.
