So in addition to the existing board being overpaid and incompetent, you accuse them of being outright criminals. So if they are kicked out, they could steal corporate info on the way out and damage the company. Thus they should remain in control.

You missed my point, IF RONIN feels this way as it seems in his letter to shareholders I wonder why he is not looking into every single collaboration and sealed record from Peregrine and CSM, BEFORE any regime vote change for swapping out Board of Directors....because Ronin story can change after the fact and only get us $26 like Medarex

I would support Ronin 100% if he gets all collaboration info made public and files and gets all sealed records unsealed from Peregrine and CSM

Why would he not do this ?? Maybe Ronin is not looking for maximizing shareholder profits and maybe Ronin is only here for another agenda ??

Wait for the BOD response to Ronin's letter before painting a picture of them. I am eager to hear how CJ/ES/DP respond. An explanation to shareholders would be completely welcome - especially how the three were dragged through the mud like they were.
