The conversions and resale can happen when delinquent under Section 4(a)1 after the debt has been held for 2 years as long as the reseller is not an "issuer, dealer or underwriter". There is a note that will turn two years old on August 17....plus a number of others in October.
As for the TA...they would not give me the OS when I called them and referred me to the company...therefore they are gagged.
