Maybe it's because I'm tired, but I am not able to follow your line of thinking on this post. How does the company IPO on NASDAQ if they reverse merged into a shell on the OTC? Or did I misunderstand your post completely?

Nice post SF. I think you are correct in saying that the plan to reach NASDAQ remains intact. It would have been prudent to be working the IPO and R/M options in parallel, eventually settling on the R/M option as the most efficient and expedious way of reach their goal to trade on the NASDAQ.

I think the removal/update of CN from the bizapedia website is unrelated and insignificant to the company.

I like your thought process on JBZJMY Tech Hold Co playing a role here. Could very well be that is their 'big picture' NASDAQ play. Hard to say, but we'll know soon enough.

My theory is that the company originally wanted to do a direct IPO to be listed on the NASDAQ under JBZJMY Tech Group Holdings. Hence that name showing up in presentations, stock certs, etc. They starting working an alternate path once they realized doing an IPO (combining all entities to form their massive holding co) could take years and cost millions in fees, audits, lawyers, etc. In the time it would take them to get listed, they could lose ground to the competition. This is where RO comes into the picture with a R/M option that could get the combined companies listed on the OTC, far faster and with fewer hoops. This at least gets them publicly trading and much visability while they work their plan to uplist from OTC to NASDAQ - perhaps under the exemption you've highlighted via a 'bought deal'.

Can't wait to see how this unfolds. One thing for certain, this is going to be huge. JBZJMY is aggressive in their approach to become a top conglomerate, and we have some very savvy businessmen at the helm. The DD you guys have unearthed has been spot on, continues to be proven out from many different angles. Only question remaining is how big are we going to be? The indicators say massive, as in 100B market cap. IMO we are a matter a weeks (or sooner) away from the start of the biggest play in OTC history, a true once in a lifer. We've survived massive and organized attacks from the neysayers and here we sit, rock solid bottoms at .05 and up 50,000%+ from where it started mere months ago! Unbelievable. We've disproven every claim of scam. There is 0% chance this is a scam. That doesn't mean there's a certainty of this unfolding how we want it to, but I like our chances.

Enjoy the ride folks! Accumulate what you can, even if its a few thousand shares, bc once this decides to go, gathering sizable holdings is going to be a very expensive battle! Cheers to all.

Yes- extremely well thought out posts Mr. Farmer. If JB&ZJMY are indeed going with the firm commitment underwriting or bought deal, that may explain the 78M share layout to Huang. It may be his responsibility for making that underwriting deal happen.

Wondering if anyone can explain what is meant within these filings that the "Report Due Date" is November 30, 2017 as well as the "List of Officers Due" on 11/30/17? (also date license renewal is due of course)

Nice of you to point out the NASDAQ potential and how it might work out here... and maybe these dates will have something to do with that... been in a 'penny' company that went through investment bankers, IPO and roadshows and worked out quite well.
