Agree. At some point their plans changed from a NASDAQ IPO approach, to a R/M into DOLV and OTC approach. Sounds like our ticker may be JBZH for OTC. I think they've mapped out a rapid approach to uplisting to the NASDAQ and have secured the JBMY ticker for when they finally do.
Who knows, after the success of companies such as TenCent Holdings in the OTC, they may reconsider their plan to uplist to the NASDAQ. The OTC is still a massive market, albeit not as prestigious as the big boards.
