...to do with former WMB assets, specifically sponsored and sold mortgage-backed securities (MBS), including those by subsidiaries Long Beach Mortgage Corporation, Washington Mutual Mortgage Securities Corporation and Washington Mutual Asset Acceptance Corp.

...from the subject Deutsche Bank CA Probate Court approval of the Settlement Agreement with the FDIC-R.

...I'm glad this fact is now accepted.

...when $-0- is returned to escrows from the Deutsche Bank CA Probate Court approval of the Settlement Agreement with the FDIC-R (now the date is September escrows' to be paid for such per assertion), then such fact will be final.

Over the past 5 years the Company (WMIH) has filed with the SEC, (16) 10-Qs and (5) 10-Ks. In each filing they've listed the Subsidiaries they own. Those being, WM Mortgage Reinsurance Company (WMMRC) and WMI Investment Corp (WMIIC). Nowhere in any of these filings does the Company indicate that Long Beach Mortgage Corporation operates as a Subsidiary of the Company. Why do you think that is? It's not a difficult answer.
