There is one way for the current BoD to redeem themselves: get PS targeting into capable hands while simultaneously and dramatically increasing shareprice. If such a plan isn't on deck, at long last, then the current BoD needs to GTFO.
If I was those guys at this juncture I'd be particularly motivated to accomplish something positive. Just how far out of the money are all their options anyway?
