No, more like an investment consortium with investment bankers(GS, MS), hedge-funds(Citadel, Atticus), and host of peripheral entities in shipping and energy. This has been a disaster for retail investors. They have been raped and pillaged and the courts and regulators have allows this to be unwound on the retail community.
