I think the answer will be they conducted the trial in Israel, not the US so they didn't have to register. Corrections welcome.

I emailed them a while back about this and received the following response:

We are not in charge of updating our health department website and sometimes studies can get finished and this item still remains same.

Keep us posted. That is definitely a question which should be answered. I had heard months ago that they had had trouble getting psoriasis patients with no other issues to participate (coming in so frequently for check ups and for such a long period of time) Israel is a small country and I understand that but they should have everything by now. If they don't they need a fire lit under their ass. (as my dad would have said)

I just called the number listed by owcp contacts and location on the clinicaltrials website and spoke to alon sinai, the COO of owcp. I asked him about the study and why the clinical trials website shows not open for recruitment if it was supposed to be completed in july. He said he couldn't talk about anything over the phone and that i should email. Which i already had, but will do again. If i don't receive a response, i will call him back. I want answers.
