So the scumbag mrib Maggit ceo cant even pay the NEVADA SOS $5000 debt.
This POS instead files for a new corp with the FLORIDA SOS.
Makes those that love maraniscam REAL PROUD huh?
Personally I find this blatant fraud DISGUSTING.
I'm turning this piece of shit in to the feds.
Question:
WHY in this day and age arent all SOS's linked together where an outstanding bill in one state automatically declines registering in another until the unpaid balance is resolved?

The Marani Brands, Inc. Nevada SOS registration has been revoked, Margrit owes them $5000 in back fees / late fees.

Now she's filed to form a corporation under a completely different name, Marani Vodka, Corp., with the Florida SOS.

Of course she uses her favorite address as her new principal place of business...
