Through dealings in other small pubcos throughout the last 3-4 years. They leave a trail of destruction and move on to the next victims. But don't take my word for it, just see where this company is in 6-9 months. This is a classic pump and dump, price shoots from $.40 to $4.00 then plummets back down to the $.60 range all in less than 3 months. I am shocked that FINRA is not all over them. It may make one more spike, if they can get away with it, but ultimately it will settle down in the $.05 range. They have no assets and buy all their oil from others, all they are is retailers claiming to be innovative, they apparently don't spend any money on R&D according to their financials. It's all a big smoke screen.
