Good to see you around. I’m still holding here and waiting to see what happens. I never planned to be in this one so long, but I’ll wait till we hear something more. Hopefully in th next few weeks.
That is not accurate they already have control because they would have purchased the preferred share block. That is how the shells like this change control.
If they didn't already have control raising the AS would not be possible they would need a shareholder meeting unless they already owned 51% of the common shares.
It's all of the inconsistencies to their story that makes this always seem a scam. Like the OTC back logged etc.
