Lack of buyers at this price would indicate

that the buyers don't think it's worth what the sellers want for it. Sellers want $.69 and buyers are only willing to pay $.66. That shows a lack of buyers, it appears that buyers don't like buying here. It works both ways. Something is only worth what someone will pay for it, basic rule of value.
