The damages question is an interesting one and I would expect that quite a bit of the testimony and cross addressed this. Regarding AMPH and its position that they could have performed the analysis overseas, well, they did not.

As far as TEVA is concerned and regarding possible damages, does anybody recall the time interval from when AMPH received approval and when TEVA received its approval?

Clearly many other moving parts, particularly the orals.

I find the supplemental memo of little use without more context.

The jury form is interesting as it contains a lot of questions and decisions on 6 separate claims.

In the jury rooms I've been in there's been only a couple of questions and it took hours to decide.

It will be interesting to see how long this takes...my guess - a decision by mid-next week.
