The chart is telling me that this is heading higher based on the long term chart this stock came from .27 cents all the way to 9 over the past 10 years.
it has had a pullback from 9 to 2.
it should run again soon based on the 10 year chart.

if the trend was down it would have to go below .27 its far from that.
