A whole lot of speculation, like a good fiction novel, it's fun to read, but none of this is based in "reality".
Let's look at some buzzwords and buzz phrases like "Pump", "Flagrantly violate NDA", "Pump"... did I say "pump"?? Oh and let's not forget, "fraud"... and "Gang"
Then, "As far as hard proof. I don't have any!"
hmm...
Then a bunch of statements and quotes about companies that have little to no relation to Sunworks... Then more fun buzzwords like, "Reverse Mergers", "De-listed", "hedge-fund managers, accountants, lawyers, bankers and financial advisers"...., "facilitated countless scams a few years ago"..., "shows they were willing to", and end it all with, "bankrupt".
Almost sounds like someone is trying to use some SEO techniques here.
I read a lot of disclaimers, and WAY too much innuendo in this.
