What's going on is Mr Wang is getting ready to launch a monster! What he is getting ready to do takes a little time.
This very accomplished man "Mr Wang" will get FINRA approval no doubt about it. Look around at all the revers mergers that have received FINRA approval, if they can receive it Mr Wang will most definitely receive it!
And no, he is not going to sell off all his shares and run with the money. Not his character. Maybe that is the mindset of some on this board but not Mr Wangs mindset.
Mr Wang is going to join the other Chinese Companies on the big boards.
What Mr Wang is achieving does not happen in 4 months of applying for a reverse merger.
