I have said numerous times that I am not doubting that. What I have been saying is just because Wyoming doesn't list Smith as CEO, doesn't mean he isn't CEO. Texas listed someone else as CEO, yet Pinedo was CEO.
Thanks helping me prove my point though. This is exactly what I was getting at. Now we can all agree that Wyoming not have Smith as CEO doesn't mean squat.
