Wrong. Debt is way higher than that. Way higher. And they said a bunch of times in filings that they can't pay it. And they don't have any money at all. They are bankrupt and had to take out a loan just to pay an accountant. Read the filings. They said they don't have any money to keep the company going. That is easy to understand when they had no revenue in 3 decades and filled their pockets with so many loans that they can't get any more loans.
Pretty bad when a CEO asks shareholders if they know anyone who will lend them money.
