No, because the offering price was lower. When company makes an offering to sell stock at certain price, the market instantly adjust to that price because obviously that's the price being offered to investors. The warrants are then options for investors to buy more shares in the case at 0.7. That's why the stock never moved much beyond 0.7 because that's the fair price that was offered by the company as an option. Warrants also cause increased shorts which has negative effect suppressing share price.
