QBIT - from Vtrader on QBIT board: read this, this was just sent from Penson:
Please be advised that symbol QBIT had a 9 for 1 forward stock split payable on 08/29/06. The split shares were distributed as free trading common shares as indicated by all sources, NASD, DTC, etc. We have now been advised that the spilt shares will be 144A restricted securities and as such will not be free trading. We have reversed out any account that received the split shares. Please check your customer accounts and cover any positions today
