Using a sports analogy, who in the world figured the Falcons would be playing in the Super Bowl. Sure there are fans who picked them. Certainly, there were those who said, we told you so.

How many of those we told you so fans seeing the Falcons way out in and lose the game. Thus the Patriots fans could say, we told you so.

There are tons on intangibles. Why does a stock based on a timely ideas, falter? There are those convinced they know why. And then suddenly it takes a positive direction. And then suddenly reverses that direction. "Dow believed that trends existed despite "market noise"." I would only add, despite what people believe to be true. Those who believed accurately get to say, we told you so. Somebody is always going to be able to say that no matter what direction a stock takes.
