*edit* Actually there are two Wangs. Dequn Wang and Jinlai Wang. Jinlai Wang is the Chairman of Jinbo whom operates on the front end, and Dequn Wang that works on the back end. Flo when to China and met Jinlai Wang by chance and was given that magazine you've posted. He also asked questions about Dequn Wang from the employees and confirmed about Dequn's presence...

Not many people in Jinbo group meet or hear Dequn. But they know CEO very well. That is whey I say WANG Jinlai is front man and WANG Dequn is in the back. It is WANG Jinlai who runs the everyday show.

Why the heck would this company do an IPO? The whole point of acquiring a shell is to avoid the IPO. If they do a secondary offering...say bye bye dolla dolla billz

And it's not to avoid the one year of seasonal trading on the OTC following the consummation of the merger.

JBZJMYQSLSDFAEF knows an IPO involves real regulations, don't think this company wants to be probed any further...

$DOLV (the company known as JB&ZJMY) has everything laid out and we are progressing according to plan.

I always knew that Dequn Wang was the CEO, ever since I saw that awesome promo piece directed by Rudy Ray Moore that the company put out. It was made quite clear.

IMO, this stock will rise quickly and this will happen very soon.

Just as I suspected all along.
