I would want all Fargo sealed records opened up....before changing BODs because those records may help shareholders make up their mind

Why don't you figure out what the BOD told NASDAQ that made your shares get divided by 7. LOL

Both parties wanted the records sealed, so, I highly doubt there would be anything positive from them. PPHM's Lawyers accepted a settlement for a measly $600K. It was merely a waste of time, money and resources. It proved absolutely nothing and in the end amounted to nothing.
