KT, I understand your point and respect it. My belief in a nutshell is that Bavi is not going anywhere without the help of a major BP and am hoping that Ronin has the right connections based on his previous experience with the industry to have a BP guide it thru many clinical trials at the same time and not try to start and enroll a couple of phase I studies for two years. Just knowing that the current BOD members made 500 thousand dollars a year each and didn't really bother to buy much shares on the open market says it all to me. Shares that they took down to low 30 cents.

What Ronin did give us is very germane, something we have never had, A true qualified board with BKT experience and track record of success.
If these were doctors with that track record who would you let do the open heart surgery. A group with a long track record of failure, 35 years worth and every patient they ever touched died on the table or the group with a stellar history of success.
With real documented history in the BKT universe the proposed BOD is a no brainer, stay the course and die or change course and revive your financial chance at life.
