RE "Steve King has been repeatedly stating that PPHM is undervalued"

Yes, and yet the stock has been in a down spiral for many many years.
So has he been dead wrong or just completely incompetent to correct the perceived undervaluation?
Really doesn't matter. Either way, and for 100 other reasons, he and the rest of this complete loser team need to go. Should have happened many years ago!

The really really sick thing is, let's assume for a second that Bavi may help some people in some circumstances. How many have died that didn't need to die because the self serving people wouldn't do a deal to put it in the hands of an entity with superior expertise, experience, personal, and financial resources? How many!? That's the most evil part of all the miserable history of PPHM. Even worse than the abusive destructive dilution to shareholders.

Leadership at PPHM can't disappear soon enough.

Can you show me any type of evidence that mysterious unreported shorters are responsible for driving the share price downs as opposed to massive dilution and failed trials. You can not. Because that is not the case.

If bavi is all it is said to be on this board I would prefer it to be monetized than kept in a vault. Johnson/Pohl/Swartz have proven time and time again they are inept at making it happen. The decision to "go it alone" and the failure of SUNRISE should have been the end of this team.

Similarly, King and Lytle's track record of missing deadlines and goals speaks for itself. This last cc was just another example of ineptitude and blaming others.

As a shareholder, Lytle's laughing about the $10M miss is unacceptable. He should be shown the door tomorrow.

Sunstar, you echoed my thoughts exactly. I'm skeptical that Ronin is being an honest broker regarding our IP. Good post!

Thanks for the reply sunstar. I agree with much of what you said in regards to the IP, and I've always respected your thoughts and input for many years here. I also don't want to see Ronin discard the IP. But what do we do about our current board?

We've seen them in action since '98 and in my opinion they have contributed nothing and the share price is where it is. I'm leaning towards "change", but I'm open to listen to any arguments from the board. I will acknowledge that SK has been instrumental in getting Avid to where it is today, and I don't include him as part of the rest of the "lame duck" board members.

My hope is that Ronin's participation will help increase constructive dialog and that will help the shareholders arrive at an informed decision that we will be happy with, along with a sustained rise in the share price. I'm optimistic and anxious to see what the outcome will be.

Thanks again sunstar for all the input you've provided all these years.

Excellent points made and great post Sunstar!

Avid must remain part of Peregrine, especially as we near profitability

I like the idea of presentations to shareholders by Dr Wolchok and hopefully Ronin will finally learn something
