IMHO, not a good way to go. If we get photos of anything that the company is not okay with releasing, that might create more problems than it's worth. Like, would they ever trust Floridany again? It is better to ask whether he could take a picture and get their permission. And, IMHO, Floridany would never do that either. This man has too much integrity to do that.
