maybe so. even when i'm feeling most bearish, i'll leave the door open for that possibilty. maybe this is a huge company that got started with one foot on a banana peel, and in the long run all will work out just fine.
i'm basing my skepticism on each available data-point, one of them is why the RM expert chose this shell, but the biggest one is an absolute and total reliance on message board DD to disseminate what seems to be material info.
granted, i'm on the outside looking in, but it's bizarre. do these people know nothing about disclosure laws? is RO not able to step in and tell them to tread carefully?
why would a multi-billion dollar company want their massive future orders to be debuted, and then discussed, by non-affliated individuals in a stock chat forum, rather than issuing official PRs?
especially when they are about to become fully-reporting with the SEC. what this company is doing, by shredding reg-fd, is asking for an ass-kicking by regulators.
