Show me a list of clean shells in the OTC stinky pinkies and I will agree that they could have bought a clean shell. Contrary to your assertion, all who have traded in stinky pinky land for a while, know that most sticky pinkies are scams. Therefore, the likelihood of finding a clean shell are rare. In addition to that, you have to find one that fits your intended purpose and desired share structure. The reason that DePalo's name is still listed is because this was a dark shell up until the current ticker symbol change. The TA never had a reason to update the shareholders of record while it was in the hands of Dr Stein because he never changed the ticker. My bet, is that the TA hasn't had to do their job until JBMY asked for the ticker change. My question to you is, don't you find it odd that there are no shareholders of record, that bought shares in 2016, listed on the financial reports. I just posted that I owned millions of shares in 2016 and I can assure that I don't see my name as a shareholder. IMHO< that is because the company obtained old shareholder records that weren't updated, by the TA, to show the correct shareholders of record, as of December 31, 2016. IMHO, that may be one of the reasons for the delay. I believe that the TA doesn't really know who is holding all the shares and needs to track all of the shares sold during 2016 to their proper owners. I am sure when the TA finally figures it out, DePalo won't be on the list of current shareholders of record.
