There is no evidence suggesting he owns shares. The SEC and FINRA have banned him from participating in the market. He knew this was coming so he had to sell all the shares before he was finally convicted.

so far i've seen no proof anywhere that he sold his DOLV position.

count up all his shares shown in the quarterly filing and post that, please - what is it, like 519M? i forget, but it's large. that way we are all on the same page about the MASSIVE share count, then if you have PROOF he sold it, please include that in your reply.

if there is no proof it was every sold, then we have to start talking about this guy being a major shareholder, right up there with the insiders who have preferreds. this is a big deal. nothing that should be swept under the rug.

Damn, I wish I had more effing shares. I might just sell one of my other stock to get more here... We're already producing and selling cars, and there's a plethora of other dynamic revelations that's coming from the company. It's just a matter of time...

I truly see billions upon billions of revenue each month from the e.v sales, charge swaps/stations and the advertisements on the busses.
