They didn't raise the number of authorized preferred shares to 10 million for nothing. They are planning for more companies to be brought in under the holding company by making this move.

Hope so, but how do we know that they a really are planning on bringing more companies into this holding company? Assuming the worst, couldn't they just issue these preferred shares to themselves and basically screw the shareholders?

Not saying they will, just wanting to understand the risk involved here.
