Roger is handling the name change it has nothing to do with RO and hes also dealing with the lawsuit and very busy with it RO has said!!

I agree to an extent. I think they can be faulted for not taking the time to hire somebody (more capable?) to help them thru all nuances of the U.S equities markets.
Maybe RO was supposed to handle this?
I don't know.
At these current levels I still feel the risk/reward is a no brainer
