No, a company name change is not considered a corporate action, only things that can affect share price, such as splits, dividends, acquisitions, mergers, etc.
No saying 60 days, was just asking. Someone did and name change does not mean 60 days. One step closer for what finra requires. Nice to see issues being addressed. Although simple issues that probably should not have happened.
