You can certainly parse the parts of the CC you think favors your argument. Yes it was a bad quarter!

Last quarter they forecasted and reaffirmed 60-65M for FY2017. That was 90 days ago. You parse data from a year ago to say they exceeded their 50-55M projections.

On top of that they forecast no growth moving forward for FY2018. Really! This for a crew that last quarter crowed about all the growth and expanded facilities they would need.

Now lets go to the "we are looking into splitting the 2 divisions". You state that the BAVI company would be financed by Exosomes sales. Where did you get that in the CC. They stated they are testing, far from a partnership or sale. There is no revenue coming from exosomes in the near future to support a split off PS/Bavi company. That is just a wish to support your argument.

We have the history of this board and management to compare to John Staffords investment and nurturing of Xencor. Look at the corporate governance statement for Xencor. Look at the development and value creation at Xencor and then look at our history. Have we ever, ever, had a CC where the SP increased after the CC. Has it ever happened?

ES and his cronies have been self dealing for years. They certainly are not aligned with us. Many on this board own more than our BoD.

My hope is the DS settlement falls apart and a renewed effort to bring these bums to justice. How you can support the current regime is mind blowing.

I would like to see another letter from Stafford refuting managements letter and the abysmal results for the quarter.

In since 2004 and I've finally had enough of these incompetent self dealing bums.

Let's look from this prospective.

Best Q , well 17 million in rev's is good ,however they did miss expectations along with outlook changed from continued growth to flat going forward. The Myford facility as you crowed in the past was booked solid and the third facility was imminent. Not any more current utilization is at 50%.. So this positive has negative sentiment.

They moved forward on the EXsome kit and had good results. Good results according to who. I don't see anything close to monetizing the technology. If they are not talking dollars and imminent sales we are cooked. The are not even close or it would have been a topic on the CC.
BOD has chosen not to highlight the future of the Exsome because right now at this moment there is none. No one with cash in hand to bring the kits to market. No confirmation the technology or kits are market ready. Another wholly grail just around the corner. Negative.

You indicate PS will be sustained by rev's from Exsomes. REALY . In what form, what approved product, who are the customers what are the rev's. At this point they have none of the afore mentioned. Just wishful thinking at this point.. You don't have any guidance for sales or marketing and margins and you are going to finance PS/ PPHM with it. Current rev's $0. NEGATIVE.

Where is the bad CC, missed rev's , AVID stumble with no clarity on the CC. Which contracts have been effected. Is Halo using the other CDMO have they cut ties with AVID. We do not know ,but , something was lost. They are not forthcoming or trustworthy to tell the true story.
So that again is a negative.
Exsomes , no word of progress or intent to market any time soon. (dilution is in your future). they are at the moment negative.
Bavi, no current human trials. back to mice, best prospect not yet recruiting phase 2 pending at Hopkins , that's 3 years to get approval to go to phase 3 which is another 3 years. Whoa looks a two hundred million shares dilution needed to bring that baby home. also a negative .
