Quite honestly, there is nothing wrong with this 10Q, this is a start up company, from an accounting perspective this is actually good. Those selling are crazy. If anything BUY BUY BUY!! Especially because they have expanded internationally and OTT is what everybody household is turning to!!

Restricted shares mean nothing in Pennyland. An unscrupulous attorney with a fistful of legal opinions can get the legend removed from a stock cert in no time. Ask Attorney Diane Dalmy. She was doing questionable legal opinion letters until the SEC caught up to her.
