The fact that he isn't sure speaks volumes to me. So it stands to reason that everyone simply has a theory and the only FACT is that they stated publically that they would be doing it. They didn't say.. they could not buy because they are insiders. Heck there were a few insiders around that bought shares and I never seen a filing on any of them. Common sense simply says they will buy there shares as cheaply as possible just like everyone else. There is no logical reason for them to do otherwise...JMHO..
This topic will hopefully be coming to an end wiith the beginning of the filings and we will have our real answer. As long as the company continues to perform it doesn't matter if they have bought yet or not. But folks need to get over the "white knight" theory,,,
