In The Article I quoted that they stated "both Foreign and Domestic Investors brought stock price to above $.12" so according to the Chinese Article it's referring to Chinese Investors. But by making assumptions im more than sure that people in China have told their USA counter parts ir friends and family about DOLV the article now has 400 links and probably going viral spreading fast notice how we began to go up right after the Article came out? I have also told many of my wealthy Chinese friends about DOLV like everyday for past two weeks and im sure they told their friends after buying. I told them "this is next Tesla for China and you will help solve the smog and get rich at the same time!" They all loved that and they told me they will invest some said $1,000 some said $5,000 some said $10,000 some didn't say how much but they all said they will invest and spread the word and hold for dollars like multi dollars not just $1 or $2.
I'm not Chinese but I am Asian and have many different Asian friends. I'm sure they invested and told their family and friends. My one Chinese friend just came back from a business trip from Beijing he confessed to me he hates the smog and pollution there but he has to go on business. He instantly saw DOLV as a real solution he said he will invest and spread the word he didn't say how much. To my Chinese friends this is twofold incentive motivation: solve home land extreme smog pollution and get rich doing it!
