They will need to after RS hold above 4 a share. They couldn't hold .20 cents. If anyone thinks because it is suddenly above $1 or something that they are a great company, they will do some dd and find out how shitty this company actually is, their history, and the denials. The greatest opportunity in this is to short it after the RS. Just like it has been every other time. To RS or AS increase 3 times in 3 years is a huge red flag
