Yes, it is. I think there's a decent chance RVNC will rise following a financing transaction underwritten by one of the top-name firms. Such a transaction will not only bring the cash needed to complete the phase-2 and phase-3 trials, but will also eliminate the uncertainty investors dislike when a company is using an ATM facility.

It seems reasonable to infer that CF will be the lead underwriter in the (presumed) near-term financing.
