No Gordon, there is no way BCCI can uplist to Nasdaq. Check the Nasdaq site for listing requirements. Back in January/February 2014 Barry made false claims of uplisting and used the forward looking statement to cover himself. BCCI does not even have the slighest chance to uplist.
