I agree that one would be needed. However, this statement was said back in 2014. With many new states and especially Ca. and Nevada things have changed huge. I believe banking laws changed or traditional financing would be a game changer. Until laws change their is no need to R/S as far as getting on the NASDAQ as this will not happen until laws changed. Of course IMO.

I do believe we can get to $1 just on the Ca. legalization alone.

Nice spin "R/S would be required in the future" the R/S would only happen if banking regs changed and there was an ability to up list to major exchange ...

I have been trading stocks for around 25 plus years. Some of the company stocks that I have traded are listed on DOW, some listed on the NASDAQ and even some pink sheet. I have owned two stocks (non pennies)in the past whose CEO's had told their shareholders that a R/S was imminent. The share holders were furious and voiced their opposition and the R/S never occurred. Both companies are currently successful without the R/S. I never stated that it wasn't going happen in the case of TRTC. I am asking that it doesn't happen.
