Found another red flag. This one is bigger than the ethereum sham news...

So I think we all know John McAfee is the stated CEO of MGTI. The company issued PR in November 2016 making it official:

However, what is missing is any regulatory document with John McAfee's signature on it. Robert Ladd is still the only one signing the regulatory docs. Robert Ladd is even listed as CEO in one doc from Feb 2017, AFTER McAfee is supposedly CEO if you scroll to the bottom of this:

You'll see Robert Ladd signs everything and has various titles. Someone feel free to prove me wrong and post an SEC doc with McAfee's signature as CEO that I missed. Without that it doesn't even seem like McAfee is truly CEO. Seems like his only real role is promoter in chief.
