It is definitely owned by notis and the vivape 2 is really popular here in California, I actually found out about them when bought the vape on there site. Why don't you think notis owns them? It says so on the bottom of there page. Copyright 2017 so it's definitely recent. I'm not gonna lose any sleep if they go under but I honestly don't see that happening with a company that's been around since 1977 and headed up by Goh.
