positives:
- The article somehow substantiates the connection between ZJMY and DOLV as author claims to have been in touch with ZJMY about the transaction and name change procedure
- Low speed EV are said to be in mass production


negatives:
- author Li Shouren of Securities Times cannot be tracked
- SUV model only in development stage, no registration or ceritifcation with state authorities yet, so claims of superior performance cannot be verified
- Even for local investigator, the JinBo Group appears to be hard to research with little disclosure of financial results.
