#1161 RE: PennyStockTrader2 #1158

PST glad to see you a part of the board here, as I know you have been a long term shareholder. As for the filings being late, agree not good but they have been transitioning here.

-The new CEO from last year Mr. Boutte, although a good resume, isnt what this company needed. His background is in more conventional Oil Companies, and believe that he was not prepared to take the company in the direction it needed to go. Ivan Persinayov however is perfect for the role. As he currently is also a director for Dewasi, and Novas Energy Services LLC (Russia), which both use the same Plasma technology.

-As for him not being in the US, although we dont know that he hasnt been, even if he hasnt that isnt an issue. We have capable people in the US with Mr. Huemueller and Mr. Zotos to handle the day to day operations. I currently work for a company who our CEO is in Washington D.C, but we are spread throughout the entire country, with my home base in Texas. Yet we still are a very large and profitable company.

-As for using the technology on our own fields, I do not see the issue with this. As you know from the last filings NENA was being terminated, because the joint venture was terminated. But Novas Energy USA was not being terminated. This allows for Novas Energy USA to still license the technology, and with our name change to Pledge Petroleum, they will also be acquiring oil fields to use our tech. This allows for multiple streams of income, and will also build the name of the company quicker. Personally I have a full time job, but also am a stock trader. I do not have to do both, but 2 revenue streams is always better in my opinion. Relying on just 1 revenue stream, can cause issues if something happens. While being diversified is never a bad thing.

-From the beginning this has always been the plan, to license the tech and also acquire oilfields (see image below). That was what the money was laid out for. It is my beliefs that with the Trump Administration now in the White House, and Roman's ties to them that we will see much more coming soon, and is the reason we have seen a few things change in 2017. Roman is already set to make a fortune on the DAKP through EVRAZ, which wasnt possible until Trump was in the white house.

-No company is profitable overnight, but while PROP has the technology, and the backing it has lacked the ground to move forward in the US due to it being early. The US accepts change at a slower pace than other countries, and gets stuck in its traditional methods. Once more companies realize what PPT can do however, it will start paying off.
